Futures are flat ahead of the open…
…as the ongoing vol smackdown continues to support equities.
ES and SPX both continue to threaten a breakout.


Everything else remains very much status quo.

Though it’s worth noting that both GC and SI have broken out even though DXY hasn’t broken down. Something’s gotta give.

Likewise, the increase in the 10Y isn’t consistent with DXY’s stall.
CL and RB both fell yesterday, but there’s no follow through so far.
And, don’t look now, but the 2s10s is again threatening to spurt higher.
S&P Global’s PMI prints are due out at 9:45.
And, there’s a lot of talk about a massive cyber attack in NYC on the same day as the UN General Assembly, the supposed rapture, and Jimmy Kimmel returning to TV. Oh my.
