The S&P 500 is the primary index I follow on a daily basis.  First posts generally appear on the home page by 9:30 AM ET, and are updated throughout the trading day as conditions warrant.  Other indices are updated on an occasional basis, but typically at least monthly.

I will typically send a tweet (@pebblewriter) when markets reach our major targets, or my outlook undergoes a significant change (subject to market conditions.)
